FAQ
Do you ship any of your goods?
I've ordered my treats. When will they arrive?
For items listed under Specials and Treats, order cut offs are every Tuesday by 11:59pm and are delivered on Friday of the same week. Any orders placed past the cut off will be slotted to be delivered the following Friday. We will reach out to you once all of the week's orders are in to schedule delivery times!
What is your cancellation/return policy? If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within the first 48 hours to receive a full refund.
Belle Bakery NY assumes no liability for the order once it has been delivered to the agreed upon address. You may read our terms and conditions here.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order please reach out to us at bellebakeryny@gmail.com.
How far in advanced should I place my cake order?
We ask for a minimum of one week's notice for cakes in stock and at least two weeks for custom requests. There is an option to add a rush fee but if ample time is not provided, we will issue a refund.
Belle Bakery NY reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased. In the event that we make a change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
I'm not sure what size cake I should order?
You can check out our cake serving suggestions here!
How should I store and serve my cake?
Cake must be refrigerated to preserve freshness. Please pull it out and let it sit at room temperature out of direct sunlight for at least one to two hours, or until the buttercream has softened, before cutting and serving. Cold cake may seem dry and dense!
Any leftover cake should be refrigerated. You can place plastic wrap on exposed cake without buttercream to prevent it from drying out.
